Exotic Limousine Services Ltd ("we", "us") provides chauffeur and limousine services in Vancouver, British Columbia. This page explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or book a journey, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you make a booking or send us an enquiry, we collect only what we need in order to carry out the journey:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The pickup and destination addresses for your journey
- The date, time and any details you choose to give us — flight numbers, luggage, child seats, the occasion
- Any message you write to us
If you use the chat assistant on this website, the conversation is processed in order to answer you. We do not record telephone calls.
How we use it
To arrange and carry out your journey, to contact you about that booking, and to keep our own accounting records as Canadian law requires. That is all.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the chauffeur assigned to your journey, and with our payment processor when you pay by card.
Marketing
We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a car. If we ever start sending occasional updates, it will be because you asked us to, and every message will let you stop them in one click.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records under Canadian tax law. Enquiries that do not become bookings are removed once they are clearly no longer active.
Cookies
This website uses only what it needs to work properly and to understand how many people visit which pages. It does not use advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to booking@limoexotic.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Keeping it safe
Access to booking information is limited to the people who need it to run your journey. This website is served over an encrypted connection.
