Terms of Service

These terms apply to chauffeur and limousine services provided by Exotic Limousine Services Ltd in British Columbia. Making a booking with us means you accept them.
Bookings and quotes
A booking is confirmed when we have confirmed it to you in writing or by telephone — not when you submit the form on this website. The price we quote is the price you pay for the journey as described. There are no booking fees.
If the journey changes on the day — extra stops, a longer wait, a different destination — the price may change to reflect it. We will tell you before it does, wherever we can.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as you can. Cancellations well ahead of the journey are free. Late cancellations, and cancellations of vehicles reserved for a full day such as weddings, may be charged in part because the vehicle and chauffeur were held for you.
Waiting time
For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust to the actual landing time at no extra charge, and a reasonable period of waiting is included while you clear baggage and customs. For other pickups a short grace period is included; extended waiting beyond that may be charged at the hourly rate.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate addresses, timings and passenger numbers
- Tell us in advance about unusual luggage, mobility needs or child seats
- Be ready at the agreed time
- Seat belts must be worn by all passengers, as required by BC law
Conduct and damage
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any of our vehicles. Our chauffeurs may decline to carry, or may end a journey, where a passenger's behaviour is unsafe or unlawful, or where legal capacity limits would be exceeded.
Where a passenger causes damage or soiling that takes a vehicle out of service, a cleaning or repair charge may apply.
Delays outside our control
We plan generously and we know these roads. But traffic, weather, ferry schedules, road closures and mechanical failure can happen. Where something outside our reasonable control affects a journey we will do everything practical to put it right, including sending a replacement vehicle. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights or events beyond the value of the journey itself.
Lost property
Items left in a vehicle are held for a reasonable period and returned to you — call us as soon as you notice and we will check.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the journey unless account terms have been agreed in advance. We accept major cards; corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
